All About Eve: The filmed play

I had planned this big ALL ABOUT EVE blog post, featuring the new play that is based on the J.Mankiewicz film, and produced by the National Theatre in London and broadcast around the world into cinemas.

Unfortunately, the equipment at the cinema did not work, so I was given a refund. Now I will need to fly to a different state to see it (which is not likely).

The advertising is more thriller-like, more like an ALFRED HITCHCOCK type of story, or one of those  campy horrors featuring BETTE DAVIS and JOAN CRAWFORD in their later years, or a MY COUSIN RACHEL, where you are not quite sure what is going on. Looks fun!

Here is the official website for the play: http://ntlive.nationaltheatre.org.uk/productions/ntlout34-all-about-eve

Has anyone else seen it yet?
